A Licensed Home Care Services Agency based in Amityville, serving Nassau families and facilities.
Bryan Skilled Home Care Inc. is a LHCSA at 15 Albany Avenue in Amityville. From that office we coordinate personal care, nursing, and mind and memory support for people who live in Nassau County, and we work with hospitals and facilities that send patients home.
Nassau sits next to our Amityville base, so coordinators, nurses, and aides already know the county. Families in the Town of Hempstead, the Town of Oyster Bay, and the Town of North Hempstead reach the same team as the rest of Nassau.
When authorized, we also provide NHTD and TBI waiver home care in Nassau. Those waiver programs are offered in Nassau and Suffolk only.

Care may be arranged through Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), private pay, long-term care insurance, or NHTD as authorized. Plan participation can change. Ask the office for the current list.
