Keeping up with a medication schedule is hard to do alone. Our aides help people stay on track with timely, friendly reminders as part of the plan of care, so the day runs smoothly and nothing slips.
Our nurses review the medication schedule and build reminders into the plan of care. Aides then provide those reminders at the right times, notice if something seems off, and let the nurse and family know.
